Christie is the Founder of award-winning education company  – Tech Ready Women. Since 2017, Tech Ready Women has supported over 1,500 female founders. Over the last two years, Tech Ready Women has delivered the NSW Government’s Female Founder Program, attracting over 1,500 applicants with 150 alumni. 

Christie is also the co-founder of INTU WELLNESS, a fast growing   premium beauty and wellness supplements brand.

In 2019 Christie  was voted Kochie's Business Builders Top 10 Power List of people influencing  and impacting small business in Australia. Startup Daily nominated her as  one of the Top 50 Australian Women in Tech 2016 and she has appeared extensively in the media including interviews with Ch 7 Sunrise, Sky News Business, Marie Claire, Alan Kohler Qantas Talking Business podcast and Mark Bouris The Mentor, along with writing guest articles for a variety of   publications including Kochie's Business Builders, Women’s Agenda, SmartCompany, Collective Hub, Startup Daily, Lifehacker, Anthill Online and Women Love Tech.
